Due to public backlash The Institute would like to issue a statement saying, “This particular strain of sickness that has been introduced alongside the chemical released during the incident has a long incubation time. It is recommended that those of you who still have homes keep all airways sealed and only go out if absolutely necessary. This shouldn’t have to be explained with the rise of the recently returned. The Institute is doing all that it can during this time to make the transition into this new way of life as comfortable for you as possible, heed our advice or brave the elements and find out for yourself. We do have measures in place for those who have been affected, please come to our facilities if you feel you have been afflicted with this disease and are able to reach us otherwise stay in your homes. Time will tell. We will purge this city of this pestilence, on that you have our word.”
