Lionel Valdellon (Acid42) Everything is shrouded in fog and mystery in this album. And from behind the veil pulsate synth melodies and basses and distant saxophones that are both dark and nostalgic. Sometimes even in the case of tracks like "Maybe It Was A Dream" or "Keep Your Head Down," downright funky... as in 'Off The Wall' funky. Sounds like: Tears for Fears/Japan instrumentals or the Stranger Things soundtrack as interpreted by both Clan of Xymox and Quincy Jones.
Favorite track: Hold Fast.

Charlie Vincent What The Institute 91' is doing great is catching a great balance between scary and melancholic vibes.

If it would be recorded in the 80s, it would and as a soundtrack to Michael Mann or Ridley Scott movie for sure! Favorite track: Slag.
Mike Templar

Mike Templar Use of great bell & pipe synths with detailed percussion & strong bass-lines as well as additional elements such as a sax. Songs do end abrupt, seems to be a trademark. I'm missing the reviews here in the synthwave scene.
This album is an excellent masterpiece! Favorite track: Maybe It Was A Dream.
